Our cows and calves are raised at the ranch in Scio, Oregon, the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley. They are not given hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. Our Wagyu cattle carry the excellent Japanese lines of CHR Hirashige 081L and CHR Fukutsuru 89. 
           Our original herd has passed, but we retained 2 Pureblood black Wagyu heifers and have acquired a registered Red (Akaushi) Wagyu bull, "Oak". We also cross him with Angus cows, and a Hereford and Murray Grey.
